Jorge García, LMFT

My journey in the mental health field began in 2014, providing resources to families in underrepresented communities in San José, CA. My desire to become a licensed therapist steams from life experiences and observed collective challenges in our human experience. I continuously seek to find the most authentic self to reshape my view of the world, and ultimately experience the joys and challenges of life as a whole.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family, I hope to walk alongside you in your journey, helping you build self-awareness, navigate life’s ups and downs, and regain a sense of control.

Together, we can work on enhancing your mental and emotional well-being as you navigate the issues that matter to you.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring new cities, coffee propagating plants, and photography.
